Fantastic hotel, with friendly and helpful staff, the buffet breakfast and dinner have something for everyone. Would recommend not catching the train to Kowakidani, especially if you have luggage. Instead catch it to Chokokunomori station and then the S bus which will drop you off outside the hotel. The H bus from Kowakidani or Hakone has a short but steep uphill walk
