"Breakfast was ok but could be improved as far as choices go. But what was there was alright."

"Main room is too dark! Needs an overhead or wall light. Sensor lights in bathroom are not a good idea-you don’t want the lights coming on when someone uses the bathroom at night. We taped a facecloth over the switches and that worked. Gym was excellent. Breakfast was good and the beds were comfortable. We requested a quieter room this time as the previous one had too much runway noise and frequent running water sounds. We got an end room on the 5th floor that was very quiet. Note you need to use your passkey to use the elevator- it isn’t obvious that this is required. People ahead of us couldn’t get the elevator to go -the doors would close and nothing would happen."

"Mistakes happen! However, my reservation via Expedia was not properly understood by the Holiday Inn Express. I made a reservation for five nights and on the day before my departure, I was locked out of my room. I had to make another reservation and the price for one night was substantially higher than the price I had when I made the reservation. At this time, I still haven’t received my hotel bill and I absolutely need them in order to process my claim for reimbursement. I am not happy with both Expedia and the Holiday Inn Express. I don’t know how to resolve this issue, but some people will give me some answers and I expect something in return for the inconvenience caused by no fault of mine."

"Poor room setup, very shady room ( looks like something out of a murder mystery), dont get fooled by the property pictures, the rooms are the worst I have stayed in Canada. No amenities, no water, poor quality amenities. Wont recommend to anyone, much better options available in the same price like novotel, or other places nearby. No charging ports next to bed, only charging port available near tv. "
