"Very comfortable stay. Reception upon arrival was excellent. There was ample parking. Hotel situated close to Park and Ride area which enabled easy access to Exeter City centre by bus. Catering in general was very good. Would have no hesitation staying at these premises again."

"Another great stay at this Hotel. It is spotlessly clean and all the staff go out of their way to be helpful. The bed was extremely comfortable and it is a lovely and peaceful location. We had breakfast and an evening meal which were excellent. Only comment is that some of the fixtures are beginning to look a little tired but this would not stop us from returning"

Most wonderful contrast of nearby church bells on the hour and total silence with the window closed 3. "Only stayed one night, to break up our journey. Easy booking via Expedia, easy to find with ample parking. Lovely friendly welcome at reception by Lil. We had a nice, spacious, spotlessly clean room with A Patio ! We couldn't resist the Sunday carvery which was very nice, as was the breakfast the next morning. So with a lovely location, nice friendly staff giving great service, what is not to like. Thanks to all of your hardworking staff & looking forward to visiting again soon. M&S"

"We could not recommend Hillside B&B highly enough. We would have no hesitation in recommending to our friends & family. Nice clean, spacious room, lovely breakfast options including fruit, cereal & cooked including full English. There is parking at the rear and there was always a space available during our stay. So friendly & welcoming!"
