The hotel is part of a stunning pub overlooking the river with an outdoor patio and garden tables. There is guaranteed allocated parking (one per hotel room) which is ideal. The room was incredibly cosy and well-decorated, with modern coffee machine and tea making facilities. The staff were incredibly lovely and helpful. Having dinner down at the pub was a great extra and it was delicious.

Great one night stay

Short notice booking, very friendly staff and I was upgraded to the suite on check in. Dinner was excellent as was breakfast. Room was large, bed very comfortable and the shower was excellent.

This hotel lacks Management, Supervision and Staff training. We had reserved 2 rooms and the air conditioning was not working in either. The staff were unable to rectify the air conditioning even in 30degrees of heat. The windows were screwed shut so we were unable to open them to at least get fresh air. The bar had no tomato juice or zero tonic water. At breakfast time we were advised there was no marmalade! Dinner was very average. All in all a unsatisfactory stay

The staff were very helpful and pleasant throughout our stay. The room was spacious and had a fan so we were able to cool the room down on a very hot day and evening. It was very pleasant eating our Pub supper in the garden overlooking the weir. Breakfast was cooked to order and of a good standard.
