"This was not a good hotel. Its one of the most expensive and a 5 star in Portofino. Extremely small room and no view. The floor was almost not to walk on if you dont want to wake up everyone in the room and below our room. The other Eight hotel in Parragi beach is much better. They have a fantastic view and a nice beach outside. Its free transports (5 min)between the hotel so next time we will pick this hotel and then go to Portofino with the transport in nice cars. "I had booked this hotel for a treat for the wife. We were driving from Nice. However due to a rental car issue we could not make it on the day. We called expedia mid afternoon to ask if it could be cancelled and refunded. Very helpful they agreed to talk to the hotel. Hotel said they needed managers approval. So 24 hours later the manager declined and charged us full amount despite our car issues and appeal. Running a luxury
