"They are during a restoration in the hotel, I turn on the sink and water went everywhere. They change my room, the new room did not have a shower curtain and the air conditioner did not work."

"The breakfast was hot garbage. The room was clean but it is old and has holes in the cushions and peeling fake leather. The hot tub and pool is clean. Front desk staff is amazing. Now the integrity of the cleaning staff that's another thing. When you accidentally leave something and staff says nope. Just don't even look at this place "

"The room was nice, clean. One lamp on a nightstand didn't work because it was unplugged due to a melted plug. Why wasn't it fixed? The TV remote wouldn't communicate with the TV, there is a button on the bottom of the TV you have to push. Maybe there needs to be a note on the TV or on the channel list? Tried calling desk, no answer so had to go find the desk clerk. Small but avoidable aggravation. The signage from the main road is not good in the dark. The building is located down a long driveway/access road that is full of potholes. The sign on the building was either not turned on or not working. All that being said I'd stay there again because it met my needs and the room was clean and comfortable."

"I booked this room 8 months in advance and get there about 2 hours after the official check-in time for my arrival date. They said they overbooked the hotel (I had reserved 2 queen beds) and that they are out of my room selection. They offered 2 King rooms at no cost but I wasn’t putting my 14 year old in a room by herself and they weren’t connected. All hotels in the area were booked so we ended in a King room with a rollaway bed that was made for a toddler. If I booked 8 months in advance, then there is no reason my room should not have been available. Normally my daughter and I could share a King bed but she also got sick on the drive to Toledo so sharing a bed wasn’t an option. She’s 5’9” and hung off the roll away bed so she had to sleep in the King so I didn’t sleep much and the rollaway smelt musty. Outside of this the hotel was nice, location was good and staff and valet were great!"

"The room was nice and clean, but the air conditioner did not work. When we arrived in the room, the temperature was 77 degrees. When we discovered that the air didn’t work we requested a different room but were informed that all the rooms were the same way because it is an older hotel and the system would not be changed to “cooling”until mid-May. All they could do was send up a fan and suggest we open the window (which only opened about three inches and didn’t have a screen on it). The temp in the room rose to 82 degrees and it took them three hours to send up a fan. We will not stay here again and would not recommend it."
