I highly recommend staying here girlfriend and I was on our way back to Columbus, Ohio from Grand Rapids Michigan. We stayed here for the night. Everything was awesome including check-in. We didn’t take advantage of the splash side of the hotel. However, we did enjoy the hotels inside pool, we loved it..

I’ll start with the staff was excellent! They genuinely want to help you with what you need. I stayed in the building without the water park, and did not visit the park. The outdoor decor in the fairly large lobby was inviting and comfortable. The room was clean and everything worked as it should’ve. I would definitely stay again. The only downfall was there was no breakfast.

This place looks and feels like it should be shut down. No A/C in 80% of the building, no elevators work, looks like it needs revamped to modern times, arcade only 1/2 the games work and the ones that do work don’t work correctly. 1/2 of the water park was shut down for 2 hours but the kids did still have fun. The staff was great but severally under staffed.

6/10 Good

Staff was great. However it should of been mentioned during booking that the splash pad, dump bucket , the large slide, restaurant, bar, gift shop and arcade were not open. Very disappointing for the kids. However it was clean and we made the best of it.

Great place to take the family, but snack bar isn't open until after 4pm and the cleanliness of the bathrooms in the common areas could use some standard upkeep and a cleaning routine.

8/10 Very good

Staff was great. They need more employees. Elevators were broken, ice machines were broken and cleaning needed to be done. Water park was excellent.

Staff was absolutely amazing. There were so many rude people staying there 🙄.

I enjoy staying there, but it doesn't have a good reputation with the locals. Not sure why. I enjoy it. Beds are good. Great rate. If you've got kids the water park looks fun. The bar wasn't open either day. I think that needs to be addressed. Needs some good PR and maybe some updates. Otherwise I do recommend it.
