Check-in rules initially seemed a little excessive (any guest of occupant had to show their ID at front desk), but I quickly realized this was to keep this a family friendly, budget hotel, and not a place for transients. A/C worked, TV remote worked, coffee available in lobby in the morning. Highly recommend! "

"The key card had to be re-keyed EVERY SINGLE DAY!! It got ridiculous!! We were ALWAYS locked out of our room!! This was VERY INCONVENIENT, especially with two children in tow!! Nothing was offered to us for this inconvenience. The staff came up TWICE to see why the key card was not working...next day...SAME THING after returning from the wedding we were there for...key card not working!! Ridiculous. This combined with the toilet that double flushed and ran constantly..it basically SUCKED....

"We were impressed with this property the minute we walked in to register after pre registering online (which sped things up.) our clerk was super friendly and efficient. For being so close to I-75, it was very quiet.
