Front desk staff was great, very knowledgeable of the area and friendly. The laundry room could use a change machine, the front desk couldn't break my bills for quarters. The free breakfast did not have a good variety, I would have liked to have a bagel, muffin or pastry but only bread for toast was available. Perfect location if you are visiting weeki wachee springs and not far for areas to see the manatee

I loved the fact that the room was available for me, my husband and our dog while our AC was being worked on at our home, but unfortunately the AC in our room(123) was not working!! It was just blowing hot air around, and so the stay wasn't the most pleasant as far as that was concerned...but the breakfast was great and the staff was very friendly! If it wasn't so late when we got there, and we weren't so tired after a long day hoping our AC would be fixed at home, I would've had them change our room but we went to sleep hoping it would cool off, but unfortunately it did not. I did call down to the front desk and let them know so hopefully they put in a work order to get the AC working again in Room 123 so that the next person doesn't have the same experience!

Pros: Beds and pillows were comfortable. Make your own waffles were awesome. Good pressure and heat in the shower. Breakfast was meh, fake eggs and weird sausage patties - which I still ate. Rooms were pretty clean, beside stains on bed covers and flooring. Fixtures were all barely hanging on, looked like the shower rod could fall off at any moment. Refrigerator leaked. Not bad for a cheap 2 star motel.
