"My check-in was very easy, my room was clean and ready, I was provided with two complementary bottles of water, the property is in a very good location with excellent views of the sunrise as well as Mount Etna. During my vacation in Sicily, I stayed at six different properties and by far, this breakfast buffet was the best."

"This was a wonderful property. From the time we arrived to the time we left the staff were wonderful, helpful and responsive . The room had a beautiful patio with incredible views. The area of the hotel is about a 5 min walk from the main shopping and dining street, which we appreciated. It’s also close to the lovely park. We would highly recommend this hotel. "

"If you need a hotel with stunning views and great access to the cable car, this is the place. The staff's response is immediate. For any request, their answer is YES, and then they clarify what is needed. They react promptly to minor complaints. Everything is of very high quality and pleasant. Because of this, even tipping the staff was not an issue. Water was replenished every day. The only downside I would suggest is that they should consider organizing additional wine tastings on-site.Beach view fantastic "
