Hotels in Playa Mujeres

My boyfriend and I could not recommend this resort enough. We were greeted by Christian at the door with a glass of champagne and cool towel. Then his fellow bellman Mex showed us to our room with our bags. Where he explained every detail of the resort and where everything was located in the resort. Truly made us feel welcome and excited to start our vacation. Our room was the swim up suite, it was perfect the pool was the perfect place to cool off from the heat and eating breakfast by it was a...

Beautiful property, quiet, good service, decent food, well made drinks unlike many other resorts that use nasty tasting ingredients. Also not the place for the college crowd, thankfully.

Definitely the best resort I have ever stayed at, food so good, very clean, staff so nice.

I like that they have club member adult site and family site separately so i was able to have quite time. The room was spacious, clean and had a beautiful ocean view. The beach was goergease and there were much fewer seaweed than I expected so i enjoyed staying at beach most of time. There are many restaurant choices. I couldn't go to all the restaurants during my 5 night 6 days stay, but my favorite was DOMO. Domo is a must go restaurant. Over all staffs are well trained and have professional...

Must knows: At the airport… just keep walking and find your transport outside. Do not stop to speak to the people at the counters. They are selling you tickets to timeshare presentations. At the hotel… Skip the ‘vacation club’ presentation if you don’t want to lose 6-8 hours and spend $50k. It is not 90 minutes and it’s not cheap. The property was amazing. The food was great. Service was impeccable. The only ‘downfall’ was the presentation. Apparently, these are common at these places. It is...

Amazing hotel!!!! Stayed for 4 nights as an adult vacation. Everything was excellent from food, drinks, hospitality and cleanliness. Definitely booking again very soon.

Just returned from a week at Dreams Playa Mujeres. We booked this property because it shares privileges with Secrets, which is connected via 5 minute walk on a pathway or a quick golf cart ride. This made our stay better because we could jump between properties. Our only complaint was on our first day the check in process wasn’t as smooth as we hoped, as they need 1-2 more staff checking in guests on the busy days like the weekends. We also didn’t like the amount of weddings booked at the...

Hotel is in a new upscale marina area with lovely view. Very quiet and secure with an entrance in lobby allowing you to walk straight to probably the nicest mall in Cancun with many nice restaurants.

Staff is amazing had an amazing stay. My Butler Yuri made it everything so easy and checked in on us everyday. She was the best! Carlos from the Gourmet hall provided us with the best service every morning for breakfast. I will definitely be going back to this resort.

This was my second time around and as always, the resort is so beautiful & very modern. I enjoyed the one bedroom suite beds are very comfortable. My son stayed on the sofa bed and said it was very comfortable as well. The staff is very friendly and goes over and beyond your entire stay. The food is phenomenal especially the Italian restaurant. All five restaurants are amazing. However, the Italian one was my favorite, very elegant upscale and I want to let all of you know is that you’re getting...

Everything about the property was wonderful. The staff, leadership, and employees COULD NOT have been nicer and more helpful. Food was the best I've had at an all-inclusive. The only thing about it that wasn't perfect was the bar drinks - the mixes tasted cheap and the drinks were not strong. That being said, the service MORE than made up for a very minor issue. If the drinks matched the rest - this place would be HEAVEN!

We stayed in a suite and it was beautiful. Everything appeared just as stated in the description. The ENTIRE staff was amazing, Loving and caring. We started March 18-24, 2024. I have no complaints but was asked to leave a review in reference at anythings I thought could help better visitors existence. I did notice that often times the shot measurer wasn't completely filled before pouring in the cup. I wasn't prepared for the amount of dogs that would be accompanying people. It would be great...

Here is my review of this property. We loved our trip, and we loved the property overall. Just offering some unbiased feedback about what to expect. 1. The property is very well-kept. The pools are clean and beautiful. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and the balcony was pleasant for hanging out (when it wasn’t too sunny). 2. The food was … ok. The specialty restaurants were an upscale *experience* with not so great food (though the appetizer buffet at the Mexican Fiesta was really nice....

Very nice, small hotel (6 rooms, that backs up to a golf course. Owners very involved with the guests as well as very lovely people. Breakfast is great. Staff extremely accommodating. All at very good prices compared with the larger hotels in the zone.

Staff was awesome Property is clean Food is too pricey for the bad quality of it.

Habanero was closed, so that was a bit disappointing. But Jorge, who manages the fresh margarita stand, always greeted us with a smile and made the best kiwi margarita! Definitely would comeback for him:)

My recent stay at this hotel in Cancun was an absolute delight. It’s the epitome of luxury, and the location is ideal. What truly stood out, though, was the incredible food. The dining experience was nothing short of amazing. A big plus is that in Cancún, where all-inclusive is common, this hotel offers a great option for those who want the flexibility to explore the area and not be tied to an all-inclusive plan. I highly recommend this hotel for a five-star getaway

Villa Del Palmar is a great Cancun Resort. It really caters to families with it's amazing pools, super friendly staff & comfortable rooms. For the most part, the restaurants offer very good food, but a little pricey. A few of the downsides are, the beach was overtaken by seaweed, so don't expect much from that (stay around the pool), there isn't much near by, so you pretty much stay at the resort or do an excursion (Isla Mujares is a must). Taxi service is very expensive. Be careful about...

Absolutely beautiful property and outstanding amenities! Nothing is perfect but this was as near perfect as it could be. Lovely room. Awesome pools. Best and most consistently excellent customer service we have ever experienced, from golf cart drivers to family host, restaurant workers, bell hops..every one was accommodating, kind, and all seem to truly love there jobs
