"My stay at the Continental Hotel was absolutely fantastic—truly a 5-star experience from beginning to end. The hotel is beautifully maintained, with elegant rooms, a great atmosphere, and an ideal location that made exploring the area so easy. What really stood out was the exceptional service. The staff was warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything I needed. Every interaction felt genuine, and they consistently went above and beyond to make sure my stay was perfect. "Clean room but not sound proof, you can hear someone dragging a chair or something else. But location is perfect, 5-7 min walking distance from the train station and 10 min from main attractions. Breakfast was good, not too many options but just okay. "

"Unbeatable views but that's about it. No elevator. Had to lug all of our luggage upstairs ourselves. No help from the staff. Rooms are incredibly outdated and dilapidated. The TV is smaller than my laptop. The shower is the size of a shower on a cruise ship. The restaurant on property is just ok. They try too hard to serve fancy food instead of sticking to a traditional, simple Italian menu. If it wasn't for the incredible view it would have been a total bust."
