8/10 Very good

The location is great and faces the lake. Buses stop in front of hotel and tram from Lugano train station is only a few min away. I got a room that has 2 bedrooms which is great for 2 people traveling that are not romantic partners. Breakfast is basic and wished it was better. Overall, it is a good hotel in a convenient location but amenities were basic and not luxurious.

Gorgeous location and beautiful views (particularly from the breakfast room). The room was comfortable and modern. The front desk staff was super super helpful and couldn't have been more friendly and welcoming to us.

Absolutely perfect location, right on the lake. What a view! Excellent breakfast, friendly staff. Nice clean modern hotel room in a classic building. It's an easy walk to the park, the boats, the train. Lots of nice restaurants right there. The room was large...bath had a tub AND a separate shower. And the balcony made us feel like we were royalty...sitting up high, looking at the lake, sipping wine, being in the thick of things yet in our own space. Wow! Not gonna forget this one!

Its location is perfect. Right next to a bus stop to the station, right behind it is a grocery and department store. Get a room with a view of the lake, it’s worth it! Breakfast is also very good, lots of variety.
