"We got to the property and did not have the upgraded rooms. Apparently they don’t read their emails or bookings from Expedia. We had to scramble to get just regular rooms. The actual rooms hardly anything worked including the locks, the safe, the bathtub did not work properly. It was quite a disappointment. Considering we thought we were getting an upgraded experience. I would not go there again. "

"It was a slice of paradise. Even though it looked great in photos, it is far more special in real life. Within moments of arriving we saw a crocodile swimming in the lake!
