This boutique hotel exceeded my expectations. The rooms are very welcoming, beautifully decorated, nice sitting at work area, great bed and wonderful shower. The outdoor sitting areas are wonderful.. it’s like being in your own oasis. breakfast was delightful thank you Jennis and Aastha and staff for a marvelous 5 day stay.

The staff was very good

Was a great stay. I was sick while there and my host, his wife and daughter took very good care of me. Made me home made soup. Room is cozy and nice, grounds are lovely, house is right next to the river. Breakfast was made with love.

Great location less than 10 minutes to the CMB airport. Cool property with comfortable bed and very unique swimming pool layout.

Did not have central AIrconditioning. Hot in March - can’t imagine how hot it would be in middle of summer. Liked efficient and polite staff members serving us late in the evening.

I really appreciate my stay here as it is so convenient for all my travel plans in and out of Sri Lanka and had a feel like home. They allowed me yo store me luggage while I travel and also helped me with a reservation I needed to make changes to

This was a great stay, we came in late after a long flight and just wanted a place to crash for the night before heading south. It was quiet, clean and cool: we had AC and bed was comfy: a private shower/bathroom. My host was lovely and got up early to make us HUGE breakfast before we caught the train in Colombo. He arranged our (reasonably priced) taxi to the station and gave us free fresh bananas from his yard for the ride. 10/10 for the quick stay. Thanks again

This property was perfect for my purpose, which was to have a place to lay my head for 4 hours after leaving CMB airport and waiting for my tour guide to pick me up at 6AM. They let me in at around 12/1 in the morning, directed me to the clean shared bathroom upstairs, and let me go directly to sleep. I literally walked out and waved goodbye in the morning, no check out required thanks to having settled everything via Expedia. Extremely low cost option for a quick and safe snooze.
