"Does anyone really know what it takes to find breakfast recipes, to shop for those recipes, to prepare those recipes for five plated breakfasts that are served up at the perfect temperature, decorated with the most delightful flowers or herbs on the cutest china with real SILVERware and consisting of the most interesting combination of unique textures and colors? And all of this has to be prepared and come out the door at 8:30 AM. That is incredibly astounding. And then consider that Jamie has a smile and a pleasant greeting and coffee ready all at the same time. Usually when I travel, I discover that the real deal isn’t exactly as beautiful or perfect as the pictures indicate, but you won’t be disappointed at Applesauce Inn Bed and Breakfast in Bellaire, Michigan.
