"I was really surprised with this hotel. Nothing special on the outside. But inside really cosy hotel that made you feel at home. 2 small wellbehaved friendly young dogs greated you at the door. The woman at the reception friendly as well. The common rooms were divided into small rooms with couches, tables and chairs. With a lot of funny stuff hanging on the walls. "The Best Western Plus Hotel in Frederecia was fantastic. Parking and arrival were easy. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was good, but a bit dated, but nothing I would fret about. The breakfast buffet was amazing. There is a gym & pool facility adjacent to the hotel and it provides free access for hotel guests. There is a playground and fitness course in front. There is a walking trail that leads to a playground. The only negative is that there isn't a lot within walking...

"Was a wonderful stay overall. Great positioning, clean room on arrival, comfortable beds, good quality shower products (They also separate body wash & conditioner). Only issue was that there was no AC, thankfully we had 2 French balconies alongside the hotel providing a large fan. When we had trouble with accessing our room due to the lock not accepting our code we got swift help from customer service who provided a key to use instead. "

"Comfortable simple rooms, even suits, but the hotel policy is too greedy. They charge for everything extra. One hour early check in -100 Dkk, one hour lste check out us another 100 Dkk. They font care about loyal or first time guests. They run it as a spa tourist factory. Water bottles also for money. Slippers were not given, we needed to ask for them at the reception. Breakfast is modest with no spinach, avocado and pineapple. "

"This is a really nice place to stay in the area. The restaurant is VERY GOOD. It is a bit noisy ...I was there in the summer and needed the terrace dor open for fresh air. I think with doors closed its not so bad. The staff is very nice. My only complaint would be that rooms although very clean upon arrival... Mine was not well cleaned during my stay. I got fresh towels but bed was not made well and the room was not properly cleaned. Other than this, it was a lovely stay. "

family on our three days stay. Nice hotel in beautiful surroundings next to the picturesque Silkeborg Lake. Very nice breakfast served every morning. EV charging at a fair price. Pool not so large but clean and refreshing. Only thing not so great: We couldnt resrrve a table in the restaurant for our first evening. I guess the restaurant was understaffed due to vacation. Would stay at Scandic Silkeborg again"
