JW Marriott Gold Coast Resort & Spa
10/10 Excellent
"Clean room, great customer service. Need more lounge pool to sit/relax around the pool. Need more umbrella for the pool area.
Could use some crepes for kids."
"The ocean view from the 75th floor was truly exceptional and very much appreciated. While the overall condition of the room was acceptable, there are a few areas where improvements would be welcome.
Specifically, the drainage in the shower stall was quite poor, causing water to overflow rather quickly. In addition, the bathtub stopper did not seal properly, making it difficult to fill the tub. Upon arrival, the closet door was completely off its track and could not be opened or closed, which was somewhat inconvenient.
Lastly, I would like to mention the significant congestion with the elevators. One wonders whether a more conventional elevator system—where guests simply select their floor—might have been a more practical choice."
"Absolutely loved our stay at Q1! Will Definately be back. Had a 2 bedroom apartment with fabulous views. The pool was great for the kids (and adults) and it is in such a great location.
Only issue was having no luggage trolleys available."
