the hotel is very nice, located right off the highway, seven minutes from a hospital and the rooms are beautiful! They charge a $50 incidental fee for each day booked even if you book through Hotels.com so be prepared. It's a beautiful hotel and well worth the price.

The ice machine on my floor didn't work, but other than that, everything was really pretty good! Considering there was a full kitchen in the place, the ice machine was no real inconvenience. Everyone was very helpful, the breakfast was excellent, and free parking plentiful! Never once hunted for a space when I came in late. Much better experience than when I stayed in Manhattan. Cheaper and more comfortable too.
First time we had stayed at this facility. Front desk staff was outstanding and took action to make us feel very welcome. Maid service could have been better since they only came in 2 of the four days that we were guests. Had to ask the front desk for a replacement for the tissue box.
Front desk folks (Irene Reyes especially) went out of their way to make us feel welcome and secure a wheelchair for my wife during the entire stay.

We were in town for the Ironman 70.3. Wanted to stay close to the venue. The price was right. The hotel is on the older side but it quite charming. The rooms were very clean. I’m so picky about accommodations but I have to say the rooms were very clean. Small and basic but very clean.
Manny was absolutely amazing. He welcomed us and was very accommodations to all the athletes who stayed there that weekend. He made sure the hot water was really hot for when the athletes returned from a cold and...
Room was clean. Lobby was clean. The room was very simple but had everything I needed. I only used it for sleeping. The area outside was dirty, but I felt mostly safe walking it. It was easy walking distance to Subway train to Manhattan.
