This property is outstanding for two basic reasons: location---the beachfront views are unbeatable (the ground floors may not have a view, it should be noted). Also, the staff were phenomenal. It seems that they are especially trained to be personable, interested, and thoughtful. Truly impressive 5 star quality of service. The only thing that is unfortunate are our friends who require elevators. The hotel doesn't have elevators for the rooms with great views.

Always a nice stay at the Avenue. The only thing I would change is the brand of coffee. I do not like their coffee it tastes weak and has no boldness at all to it. Everything else is wonderful. Please get a better brand of coffee, maybe from one of the local roasters in town. Having a good bold coffee and supporting local coffee shops in town would be a great addition to an already great Inn. Coffee starts your guests day, help make it a much better start.
