Such a great place! Everything about it! I don’t usually leave reviews but this place was worth it. Loved Dewey beach being a little quieter than the other beaches. The happy hour with a simple snack was great to sit by the fire. The cookies at 8 pm were delish! We had a bit too many! And then the breakfast with a hot treat were awesome. The yogurt parfaits delish!!! I researched a lot of hotels and just saying- stop looking book this one! You won’t be disappointed.

This hotel was very clean and well run. I appreciated how attentive the staff was, they were always available to assist. Property and rooms were kept very clean and organized. Access to beach was great, and the free chairs and towels were super convenient. Bonus was the free snacks and breakfast which were always very tasty. All in all, would recommend!!

Booked a room for a last-minute, overnight trip and it exceeded my expectations! Super cute inside, spacious and comfy room, easy parking, very nice staff, fun seating on the deck, and RIGHT on the beach. My only qualm was that the AC/air did not keep the room consistently cool and I prefer a cooler temp, but regardless, I would recommend!

Very nice hotel. The staff was great. The rooms are pretty and clean. I love that it's on the beach! I like the happy hour, cookie dessert, and the breakfast was good too. The only thing is if your room is above the lobby like mine was you can hear everything especially at 7am in the morning when the staff is getting breakfast ready/ having a meeting. I would stay again but not in the room above the lobby.

Appreciate the bfast and carafes of water in rooms. Really like the layout of rooms and that everything is new/updated. The view from lobby is gorgeous. The shower water temperature was a bit tricky to modify. Parking was easy.
