We’ve stayed here multiple times - good value and location. Clean rooms and soft bedding. Two issues this time - we were notified day before that pool would not be open and left swimsuits at home - but it was open. Would like to have had $10 resort fee waived. (Haven’t encountered this fee before - just fold it into the price!) Also ants in bathroom and later in room. When we brought to staff attention, they shrugged shoulders and said it’s been wet and it’s the shore.

Only spent one night so couldn’t speak to longer stays. On the plus side this hotel is a short walk to Rehoboth Beach and our room overlooked the lake which was nice. Continental breakfast was decent and the breakfast room was clean, bright, and sunny. On the downside the room smelt musty and the bathroom was dated and crammed. Staff were not overly friendly either. I probably would not choose to stay here again.
