"The room was very clean and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. All staff members were courteous and polite. We had a corner room with beautiful views. I would suggest getting a corner room if one is available. "

"Nice room. Had a problem with a strange smell when using the shower. Resolved with a room transfer. Very polite friendly staff. Note the hotel is dog friendly which applies to most of the guest rooms as well as the public spaces.
Quality hotel with good facilities and easy access to the Common and Newbury street with all the shops.
