Great stay. The location of this hotel is perfect. It's right in downtown Sonora amongst all the shops and restaurants. They rooms are nicely decorated in that modern rustic theme. They had a great continental breakfast and are also dog friendly. I would definitely come back.
Excellent place to stay . Don’t listen to the bad reviews it is obvious they thought they would be staying at a 5 star hotel . This is glamping and we loved it . We stayed at one of the yurts(tents) and it was awesome , we had a ceiling and floor fan , refrigerator and electricity, queen size bed , it was cozy and fun . Check in and out process was super easy, staff at Cedar Lodge were very friendly. The Wi-Fi is actually superb which was a great surprise (it’s also free). Location is right on main road but secluded enough and a short 20 min from park entrance. Inside is very clean and well kept with plenty of cooking supplies, including a stove top and toaster among other things. Would definitely recommend.

Awesome lodge! Close to Yosemite. Rooms were really nice and had a lot of room. Lucky Buck restaurant is located on site and had wonderful food. Also had washer and dryers on site, outdoor pool, and swingset and cornhole. Would definitely go back!!
Beautiful property opened in May 2024, about 20 min. from the entrance to the Yosemite park. We booked a 2 bedroom cottage (king queen bed). The cottages are free standing, each with a separate entrance. The parking is just outside the cottage (no valet). The cottage was modern, with an high ceiling, and a patio. Our hotel room was very comfortable had a refrigerator and microwave. Patio with a table and chairs. The front desk was very helpful as to places to go eat. The breakfast at the hotel had everything from pancakes, waffles, eggs, bacon, sausages, muffins, toast, cereal, coffee, tea and juices. Easy on and off the freeway.
Miner Inn in Mariposa was wonderful hotel in a small town. Everything is better than our expectation. We arrive after 9:30 pm. We called beforehand to let them know we will be late. They assured us there would be people at front desk to check us in. They did have people checked us in there, late in the evening. The room is nice and clean. The breakfast is hot and very surprise to us. We love this place, and would come back int he future.
