"Room service didn’t come until 5:30 and did not restock towels. Front desk reception was snippy, refused to provide information when asked and told to look online. Room was overall clean but had an odor. The building itself was clean and bartenders / bus boys were friendly "

"The location was great and staff were very friendly. The pool was very relaxing. The internet didn't work well. It was very noises outside our first floor room from hotel workers, loud people, and cars on the street. The room could use and update. With all that being said, the price was right for staying across the street from the beach, and I would stay at the hotel again in the future."

"Floor was sandy. Don't recommend staying on first floor as the tile floor is noisy when carts go past the room."

"I’ve stayed here multiple times. This place is always clean and the staff is always accommodating. The only issue I have ever had is with the pay for parking. My room key wouldn’t let me out the gate and I had to call for help which was resolved quickly. "

"Upon checking into our room, we discovered that the door lock was not functioning. We immediately contacted the front desk to report the issue and requested assistance. The front desk agent informed us that a maintenance staff member would be sent to fix the problem. However, after waiting a considerable amount of time, no one arrived. We called the front desk again, and this time we were told that no maintenance personnel were available. We then requested a room change, but the agent informed us that the hotel was fully booked. Despite this, we observed other guests continuing to check in, which made the situation even more concerning. We were traveling with our two daughters and were particularly worried about our safety, especially during the night. Unfortunately, we did not receive the support we needed. As a result, we were unable to sleep the entire night due to concerns about the unsecured door. It was a very stressful and upsetting experience for our family. We hope you will look into this matter and take appropriate steps to ensure better service and guest safety in the future."

"Hotel has direct access to beach, they have foldable beach chairs for guests. Room was clean, furnishings gave it a modern flare but the hotel bones (foundation) is dated. Two restaurants on site, and two pools for guests to enjoy. "

"Great location and beautiful hotel the only thing is that the bartenders as well as the restaurant servers are “in no hurry” it takes some time to get served. If you don’t get your chair around the pool by 9am you can’t get one, ppl put their towels on them and walk away for breakfast. Also the hotel rooms do not keep at the temperature you set them. Other than that we will definitely go back next year and highly recommend "
