The common spaces were very well designed and had considerable space for some relaxed time. "This isn't a luxury resort, but that's also not what we booked. For the price, it was a great stay. The unit was clean, comfortable, and had a very well-equipped kitchen. Communication was excellent, and the check-in process was easy and hassle-free. There was a property fee that initially felt a little high given the limited amenities available during our stay, and one of the elevators was out of service. That said, the place delivered exactly what it promised: a clean, comfortable, convenient base for enjoying Crested Butte. Overall, the value, cleanliness, and communication earned a 5-star review from me, and I would stay here again."

Built in 1981 so a little dated especially the toilets which are more suited for shorter folks. Carpet was nice but could use some stain removal, but overall, a nice place to stay."
