"Elevator was out of service pool was closed main floor had no floor due to construction no help was offered to get luggage to and from second and third floor breakfast wasn’t great nor fresh curtains was too short in the room so much lighting was coming in bath dry towels wasn’t thick the hallways had a bad smell and odor very different from the last time I stayed here a couple months ago "

"Our room was very clean. The beds and pillows were so comfortable. The pool was very nice and clean as well. The staff was super friendly and courteous and the continental breakfast was delicious. We will definitely stay there again. "

"This was one of the best experiences that I have ever had with a hotel. From checkin to checkout everyone was extremely nice and helpful. I loved the fact that the front desk sent me a text to confirm that if I needed something to text them back. They also followed up several times to ask if we needed anythiing. The rooms were clean, didn't smell and had everything needed. Can't say enough about Hampton and this location. Thanks Briaenna!!!!"

"We’re first off as soon as we get there the bedding is filthy. Had to have them to change. Everything second thing was the air condition did not work properly very stuffy and hot in the room. Third thing was the shower made this loud screeching noise when it was on and last, but not least the toilet was stopped up needed to be plunged to go down. She was so helpful as much as she could ,very polite. She was the best experience I had out the whole hotel."

"We really enjoyed our stay at this Best Western. Hot breakfast with protein everyday. Every staff member from desk to housekeeper were the friendliest we have ever encountered at a motel! Comfortable bed in rooms with mood lighting. I can’t say enough good about our stay. The entrance drive into the motel is a little tricky to find on busy highway but we’ll worth the effort."
