Every thing about the hotel from location to breakfast in the morning was good or very good. I really don’t expect anything more from a hotel for an overnight stay.

Comfort Inn in Elgin, Illinois, is a clean and comfortable hotel that my wife and I always go to when we visit. The free breakfast is an excellent way to start the day!

8/10 Very good

I had a great stay, very clean room, everything working, great staff. The only negative thing I would say would be the 150.00 incidental which I believe it extremely ridiculous. This would be a huge turn off and would change anyone minds of staying there. $20-50 would be a normal incidental fee but over 100.00 is a little crazy holding that amount. This amount gets withdrawn immediately but takes about 5-7 days until it returned back into your card.

The Hotel was very clean , comfortable rooms and great breakfast . The staff at counter were nice , but the staff at the breakfast area were not polite they didn’t say hello or even smile and when someone asked for something they didn’t answer. Bedside that everything else was fine.

6/10 Good

the facility and the room was excellent, bed was comfortable, breakfast was standard and they did offer hot items, pool was open and clean, however the moment we got near the elevators we smelled Raid, and later discovered that there was an ant issue. we left a cup of juice with very small amount of liquid in the cup and when we came back it was covered in ants, it was so bad that they were getting on the bed.. other than that it was a good stay..
