10/10 Excellent
"Stayed here about 8 years ago and the facility is much improved and completely spotless. Beds are super comfy Location is perfect!! So close to the excitement of Times Square but far enough to be able to sleep. And by being next to Grand Central, transportation was seamless."
New York Hilton Midtown
10/10 Excellent
"Very clean!"
Paramount Times Square – A Generator Hotel
8/10 Good
"Room had no decor or personality for all the fab stuff in the lobby. Staff dull and unhelpful "give the door a good push"! Unfriendly bartenders. Such potential but felll short"
Empire Hotel
8/10 Good
"The location of the hotel was nice. Close to Central Park, Lincoln Center, subway, shops and a Starbucks next door. The room decor was very outdated and could use some fixing up. No safe in our room, although advertised as having one. Nice size TV and bed was decent. You could get bottled water from the front desk every day so that was really nice and the staff was very friendly. We had brunch on a Sunday at the restaurant on the Mezzanine level and it was really good. Highly recommend eating there. The rooftop pool is extremely small and the gym was decent. The shower faucet fell off and I feel like the bathroom needs to be updated. No extra roll of toilet paper in the bathroom which was weird. Overall, it was okay for the amount of time we spent in the room"
