"This hotel has been the best we have stayed in so far during our US trip. The lovely staff member upgraded our room complimentary upon hearing we were celebrating our honeymoon. The room was huge - more like an apartment. The dining was incredible - we loved all our meals and the lovely wait staff. "parking garage is close and valet parking but you have to schlep your bags up 3 floors to check in. and they let us check in early but we left bags in the car, so then we had to drag bags up 3 floors from the basement because elevator was broken. staff told us elevator was broken but no staff was available to help with bags. elevator worked in the rest of the hotel. overall not bad, but, far from a luxury experience. "
