Absolutely amazing, we had dinner at Vue rooftop. Manny, our server, was amazing and so personable. The room was gorgeous and extremely clean through and through. Marina maintained our room and she was so helpful, accommodating and great. Guest Servives is fast and accommodating as well. Every staff we encountered went above and beyond to provide an upscale experience.

It was my first time staying at a four star independently owned hotel. Facility was superb and service was impeccable. When your only negative reaction is "the toilet paper could be softer" then you're staying upscale. The Washington Monument can be seen from the room.
