"Very clean room , the amenities was an excellent also they have an entertainment show during the weekend night like movie nights or local music in live .it was 👍👌👍👌👍"
"The staff was amazing and the location incredible however, the actual resort itself is a little outdated and could use with a few improvement the bathrooms. Would definitely go back and really appreciated the small refrigerator and microwave in the unit and loved the powerful AC."
"My stay was 10/10! I found the room to be very clean, no insects or critters. The staff were amazing and so helpful. I would definitely stay here again"
"This was our first time staying on the east shore and it was a great experience overall. Service was good but the building and amenities could use some updating.
We stayed for a week over the thanksgiving holiday in a king suite with ocean views and the location was a great bouncing off point for daily activities.
The staff are super friendly, helpful, and sweet. They made our stay welcoming and seemed on top of everything. We went to the pool every day and ate at a couple of the restaurants on site. Moa Moa was better than the Crooked Surf IMHO and we only ate there out of convenience. I much prefer dining off site at one of the local restaurants.
My (and my husband agrees) biggest complaints for our stay were 1. AC unit was super loud and the thermostat didn’t seem to work properly. If we left it on overnight, it would wake us up every time the fan turned on and we’d be freezing. We tried turning off the AC and enjoying the ocean breeze but then I’d get too hot. We ended up leaving one door partially open with the AC unit on and thankfully the sound of the waves mostly drowned out the loud AC. 2. the bed and pillows were uncomfortable. The bed felt a bit lumpy and too soft for my preference. The pillow filling redistributed unevenly every night and wasn’t the most comfortable. I think most people wouldn’t notice if you’re only staying a couple of nights but we stayed for a week and were very excited for our own bed by the end of the trip. "
