Great Location. Easy parking. Nice landscaping, walking paths, and building layout. Friendly staff. A/C in unit was ok. Online booking for choice of category and bedding was a bit unclear. Requested 2 dbls as offered but was given one Queen and a sofa bed. Our stay was only one night so did not complain. Good shopping and restaurants nearby the property, which is very convenient! Overall a pleasant experience and will definitely stay here again. Mahalo~

This is the place to stay. It’s a hidden gem. Close to everything. No need to stay at a “mega” resort on Poipu. These rooms are perfect. Older yes but absolutely beautiful and peaceful in the middle of it all.

I was really pleasantly surprised by this hotel. My room was very clean and I was happy to be closer to the parking lot vs closer to the Ocean. The location can't be beat with shops, dining, coffee, just steps away. There are lots of barbecues which is nice for a beach barbecue night. Special thanks to Tiffany for bringing my ID to my room when I left it at the front desk. Such nice service with Aloha. Thank you Islander.

Out side it is pretty nice, the rooms are spacious but not very clean they don't do housekeeping why you are there and they limits the towels for the room and the pool.

There are no elevators, so if you have any problems with stairs, you should book elsewhere or request a bottom floor. The front desk staff are very nice, when they are at the front desk. Housekeeping never answered the phone, and by the time we got to the front desk at 6:30 pm to request more towels or toilet paper, no one was around. The sign says call Security, but they are contracted out so they don’t have access to towels or toilet paper. Overall the room was clean, lots of drawer space. Nice property. Would probably book again, but would definitely request a bottom floor as my legs had a hard time navigating stairs with luggage and the bajillion things we were carrying.
