"I was uninformed that I was in the Bay tower versus the newer building. That would’ve been nice to know because I was dropped off at the new building and had to get myself driven over to the other building with my luggage. The pool wasn’t open to the maintenance at the bay Tower building that I stayed at also not providing at least a black cup of coffee in the morning complementary was a little discerning."
