As soon as we walked in, the person at the desk was very friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean and organized. A very quiet hotel and away from heavy traffic

Great place to stay!

Easy walk to my kids house. I've stayed here 3 time's already since June going back in July if not sooner.

All was superb until 10:30 pm, when the new guests on the room above us checked in/arrived. Children running stomping and yelling into the wee hours. Just to wake us up again at 7 am. They didnt seemed to be supervised, maybe lack of. Just a suggestion, please put family with children on bottom rooms.

Plan to stay there again.

Great place. I felt safe, staff, particularly Michael at the check in desk was super helpful….. he needs a raise please. I TRIED to buy some snacks from the mini “ convenience” store my 2nd day and the line was out the door. Some guy cut me in line (because I’m a woman I’m sure) and the employee was just standing there, still as if we were in the back rooms. Great location with good parking. I enjoyed the walk to Beacon Park and Grandview beach access points. (Both have long steep descents; people with mobility challenges may need to drive to get to easier access.) Nice clean room with kitchenette. Friendly staff.

We stayed one night because i needed to attend a meeting. I booked last minute and Checkin was very easy. Shower pressure was nice and bed was comfortable and i love that the TV had regular cable.

My wife and I just spent 3 nights here for our Anniversary. The view from the living room and balcony was incredible. When we arrived our keys and paperwork were ready for us. we spent about 1 minute in the lobby signing in and receiving our keys before they took us on a quick tour to show us around the property and then escorted us to the room. The room was stocked with a variety of snacks and drinks. The snacks were simple single serve items like pretzels, cookies, chips and granola bars....

Very nice, clean. Loved that the bathroom light would turn on as you walked towards it. Shower was amazing. Ac/heater worked well and wifi was great! Microwave wasn't in the room but on the deck which was easy to get to. Wish it was warmer to swim in the pool! Loved the restaurants and things to do around the area and in walking distance. Would def stay at again!

Nice location. Ample parking. Big well lit lobby. Lots of seating. Pool, grills and firepit in central location. Large room with comfy beds.

I loved staying here for New Years Eve and taking a walk early morning on New Years Day. The entire stay was great and I was very satisfied with the breakfast provided.

Based on some negative reviews, I started to change hotels, I’m glad that I didn’t. This property is amazing!!! It was very clean. The outside of the buildings could use a good power wash, otherwise everything else was immaculate. Staying within the Mission Bay Park area was a non-issue. We didn’t have any problems with the general public or homeless in the park. Also, while the bay area near the resort is not all that beautiful (in my opinion), the water is clear and swim friendly.
