Sheraton New York Times Square Hotel
8/10 Good
"Great location near the subway. Nice place at a fair price."
Empire Hotel
8/10 Good
"Room was clean. Served it’s overnight sleeping purposes. Thanks"
Lotte New York Palace
8/10 Good
"Clean room and comfortable bed. I was surprised that the hotel is not as renovated as I had expected — it’s nice but not THAT nice as it is an older hotel. The staff is not 5 star like in other high end hotels. For instance, the hostess at the Gold Room was not helpful and prioritized talking with another coworker showing something on her phone, and the housekeeper that brought us a mini fridge at night clearly did not want to be working. The hotel is fine but not a wow."

Hyatt Grand Central New York

"Great hotel in the middle of everything. Highly recommended."
Motto By Hilton New York City Times Square
10/10 Excellent
"Great hotel in a really convenient location, right next to Times Square! The hotel rooms were lovely and clean. They are on the smaller side, but we knew this when booking and, considering how affordable the hotel was, we really didn’t mind compromising on the room size. The staff were really helpful and accommodating throughout our stay. We decided to add an extra night, and they were able to keep us in the same room so we didn’t have to pack everything up and move, which was really appreciated. The hotel also offers luggage storage and shuttle buses to the airport. We chose to take the subway instead, as it worked out at around a quarter of the price for the two of us, but it was great to have the shuttle option available. Overall, a great affordable hotel in a fantastic location. We would definitely stay here again!"

"I don’t recommend paying extra for the continental breakfast. It consists of a cold sandwich, a choice of coffee or a bottle of juice, and one piece of fruit (an apple or banana)."
Hotel St. James

"Water pressure was poor and he only had lukewarm water for showers"
New York Marriott Marquis
10/10 Excellent
"This hotels location is perfect for seeing all the shows and watching times square from your window. Everything is in walking distance. The staff everywhere we went while on our honeymoon was fantastic from check in reception Steven, to Revel and Rye Michael and Tatiana the bartenders, Fantastic time at The View and Ray the bartender, Even the security downstairs, these guys are great. Amazing customer service. The room was outstanding. Clean, good size for NY and great views. I will definitely be back to this hotel on my next stay. The elevator system has to be the most efficient I have ever seen. We never waited for one elevator. WELL DONE Marriott Marquis. We love you and you have gained a new customer."
