I liked the location the property provided to food and entertainment in downtown Cherokee and closeness to the Great Smoky Mountains Park. Also, the breakfast provided at the place was very good. I will definitely return again next time I’m in the area traveling.
Although it was a little snug (the description by the property even said it would be) for my family, the cabins were great. Chasity was very responsive. It was a great find, We will definitely stay here again if and when we return to Maggie Valley area.
Its rare that you find a hotel with amazing services, great food, and comfortable. All the staff memebers were friendly and showed great customer service. The hotel was amazing and comfortable. It was beautiful and quiet. The newly remodled rooms made you not want to leave. The town it was located in was cozy with great food. When I return I would definitely choose this hotel again. I think the staff and the comfort of the rooms made it top notch!

The owner Constantine is super friendly and humble, the location was perfect for is nice for the places I wanted to visit in the area. The grounds are very safe, beautiful, and well kept. I plan to stay here again the next time I'm in the area.
The property was rather nice. My only gripe was there was only 2 luggage dollies. My family stayed for 4 nights, had about bags, and the morning we were to check out other guests had kept the dollies in their rooms from the night before. I have a bad back and shoulder and this was really a pain.
After reading some very negative reviews, my expectations was set very low after booking this. HOWEVER, once we arrived we couldn't have been happier! This motel is so very quaint and cozy and set along a beautiful view of the river. There's not a lot of modern amenities but we didn't go there expecting it. It had everything we needed. TV and wifi with a cozy little room and a balcony to sit outside and enjoy the scenery. The shower pressure was AMAZING. Very quiet and our room was VERY CLEAN....
First time in Maggie Valley and first time staying at the Valley Inn. Staff was most helpful and very nice! Pet friendly and loved the view of the creek. We will be coming back.
