The rooms are compact bur well equipped, with excellent beds with firm mattresses. The service is excellent and discreet, with a lot of amenities. The staff were consistently warm and helpful — from the front desk and concierge to the transportation team, restaurant servers, cleaning staff, and luggage attendants. Everyone made us feel welcome and well taken care of. What impressed us most was how comprehensive the services were. The hotel helped us arrange taxis, airport shuttles, and even a private driver for a day trip outside of Taipei, which was the highlight of our stay. They also offer on-site currency exchange, which was very convenient. The hotel itself is true to its name — grand in design, well-maintained, and very clean.
