There was a very obvious musky/moldy odor once I set foot inside my room on the 8th flr. So I blasted the AC to see if it would dissipate over time but the musky smell was still obvious when I checked out 2 days later. As for everything else, it's what anyone should expect from a non 5-star establishment. This place could probably use a makeover and furnish rooms with newer softer towels. As for the bedding, the duvet falls easily out of the duvet cover so that needs some attention as well. The afternoon happy hour snacks were a pleasant surprise. We didnt use much else of the amenities so can't really speak for them. Overall, if you're looking for an inexpensive place to stay close around Miramar, this is one of your options.

The breakfast buffet was great. I loved the latte machines. Also, enjoyed the spa tub in our room. I wish the pool was open, but it's only open seasonally. So maybe next time.

We had a great room with large tub and steam shower. Spa with hot and cold seating areas and hot sauna and steam with shower in side to cool as needed. Steam room smelled so nice. All staff , front desk, bar and spa area were very kind and helpful.

The staff was amazing and if you are English speaking like myself, the staff speaks English. My room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was good, and the area had everything I needed. Will definitely stay again.

6/10 Good

Good, clean, comfortable hotel. The atmosphere wasn't great and although there is a bar and a pleasant bar area, there didn't seem to be a barman in attendance, certainly not at the end of the day, when a drink at the hotel bar would have been perfect. The Happy Hour seemed to be at strange times. Not great for socialising in the hotel. The hotel had laundry facilities but I would have preferred a laundry service. The rate was good, though.

The Hotel is very nice, beautiful and clean. breakfast buffet was very good with Asian and western choices. Located close to MRT station and bus stops making it easy to get around. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and this is my new go to place in Taipei. Also I would like to add its surprisingly quiet and peaceful even though the street and MRT tracks are close by.

Room is comfortable. I booked this hotel because of the Sauna, however I found out that sauna is closed in the summer.. This hotel is a ok choice for its price range, but I would want to try a different hotel next time I stay in this area.

The hotel is located on the edge of Taipei City but is surrounded by convenience stores and a 24-hour local restaurant. If you like fine dining, there are a few options within 10 minutes walking distance from the hotel. The subway station is also pretty close to the hotel and you can easily catch a taxi at the front door.

Staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, even restaurant staff including chefs were warm and eager to assist. Place was impeccably kept and rooms/beds/tubs/steam showers etc all clean and well maintained. Would plan to return perpetually. Winner!

Good Location

Often stay at this hotel when working in Taipei. Its convinently located nearby the Miramar where there are plenty of shops, restuarnats and the MRT line. The rooms are a good size, comfortable and well equiped. Only issue are no plug sockets near the bed. Breakfast is a buffet unless numbers are low, then you have 2 options.

Always stay here when visiting Tsipei for quick. Nice hotel, convenent location for eating, drinking and close to MRT station. Rooms are spacious and quiet. Only negative. No power socket or USB port by either side of the bed. So, charging phone at night means leaving it on the desk.

Staff very professional and courteous - 5 Proximity to public transportation - 3 (>5min to MRT, ~3min to bus stop) Breakfast - 2 (repetitive, 缺乏經典台灣風味, 登記用餐的SOP不佳) Bathroom - 3 (lack of shelf spaces to put things, the closet opens to the room (!) resulting in lack of privacy, clean, and powerful water pressure) Room - 3 (carpet doesn't seem to be cleaned as often)
