The location is excellent, convenient and well-situated for getting around the city, with easy access to nearby services and transport. My room was very clean and well maintained throughout the stay, which made it comfortable and relaxing. The check-in staff were especially welcoming and professional, creating a positive first impression with their friendly and helpful demeanor. I also want to highlight the cleaning staff, who were consistently kind, respectful, and attentive. Overall, Grand Silay Hotel offered a comfortable, clean, and hospitable experience, and I would gladly stay here again."
