4/10 Fair

I stayed at this hotel 4 years ago in a cheaper room, and I liked the experience then. The room was cleaner the showers worked well and the breakfast was nice. This time, the room was not as clean, the shower head was broken and the water did not drain properly. The breakfast was not as nice as before. I will probably not visit it again.

The building is new, and the room was spotless. The staff were friendly and helpful. But the building itself was not perfect; it was poor at blocking traffic sounds at night.

by international standard this is more a 4 stars than 5 stars, however the personell was very friendly. The breakfast buffet plentiful with fresh food and fruit. Dinner was also a buffet very reasonably priced, US $22.00 per person

Junior/Corner Suite is very comfortable for a couple, but too small if you have children. Very large windows with city view. All you can eat breakfast/dinner options aren’t as much as what you’d find a Turkish beach resort. The food is OK but not great. Desserts are good. The attached Cafe/Bar is good. I’d certainly stay again.
Verified review

10/10 Exceptional

Good place to stay but with strict rules.

The hotel is centrally located, next to restaurants, shops and there is a nice park in front of it. My check-in/out was handled by Ebru and it was quick and efficient. I missed some amenities in the bathroom (specially for a hotel that says is a 5-star one). Breakfast is good with lots of options. The only thing I didn’t like was the no-outside food allowed. So basically you can’t bring food from outside and need to rely on room service. This is a bit complicated because if you have an allergy or food restriction you can’t do much.

Used by Airlines and group tours

Good hotel, good location, great staff, service and buffet. There is a Turkish Bath/SPA which I would have loved to try but just didn't have the time. It was just renovated. At the Front desk all staff and Özge very helpful as my plans changed a few times. The room cleaning staff are very attentive as well. The hotel is used by airlines and I saw a lot of Japanese and Korean tour groups. The buffets are great. You better be hungry! The Off Cafe in the hotel is great for a drink and all day meals with good internet. Only minor issues were air-conditioning during the winter. Cracking open a window fixed that. Overall a go.
