"When we arrived in Bali we were greeted by Melly at the reception desk. Melly was so pleasant and helpful. She explained all the amenities and helped us transfer to Holiday Inn Express next door for a second night. She offered us free breakfast and a shuttle return to the airport the next day. The resort had a beautiful pool area, two great restaurants, a wonderful spa and easy access to the beach. "

"My score 2 out of 10. Due to delayed flights I arrived around 01.30am. Check in was quick and friendly. My room was 304 and was nicely made up with Airy Rooms cushions and materials. However, on opening the bathroom door the air was rank! The most disgusting bathroom smell I have ever encountered in a hotel bathroom. It struck me as ironic that an Airy Room could be so smelly. "We didn't end up staying . We got a taxi from airport and the driver had not heard of the hotel and couldn't find it. Several local security guards did not know of it. About 11 pm we found where it should be but everything was in darkness and nobody was around. We decided it was too scary and risky to pursue it further so we found a nearby hotel after trying at 3 hotels which were full. The next day we went past where the Prima Inn was supposed to be and it was a building site. This property...

"Great hidden away spot for a comfortable night's sleep. I selected this based on it's 10-15 min cab ride distance from the airport. After a super long flight I knew I just wanted to get to my room. The villa is spacious, clean, and modern. The bed was large and comfortable. the staff were very friendly. In fact they sent me a WhatsApp the day of my arrival so I was able to be in touch that way. They accommodated my late (after midnight) check-in with no problem. Did not get to use the pool but...
