First impressions were not great. Arrived and did not receive a normal warm Balinese welcome from the concierge. Stood at their desk for quite a while and they ignored me. I had to say “hi, excuse me” to get any service. Definitely not what you receive anywhere else in Bali. The hotel is basic. Our shower flooded. The pools were murky at 3:30pm, we didn’t want to get in. Breakfast was ok… basic. A lot of bogan Aussies running down to the pool at 8:00am hogging pool chairs. Location is great, lots of great restaurants around. Was disappointed with Hard Rock….
