The hotel rooms were clean and tidy but the buildings themselves are ageing. Staff were exceptional. Breakfast food was fantastic. I just didn't like the fact people were allowed to smoke during Breakfast and other meals. Very off-putting. The swim up bar was great, the area was good and plenty of restaurants , shopping and other activities nearby. Overall I'd visit again. Good value for money.

Our room was on the ground floor, near the pool and with a beautiful outlook over the immaculately kept gardens. Breakfast was great, with a rotation of different foods each morning. Staff were very friendly and helpful. You can book pickup from the airport (it does cost 150,000RP) but worth it if you don’t feel like wading through the taxi cabs on arrival. We usually stay next door at Kuta Bintang so this was a nice change. I’d recommend it.
