"Spacious, updated, and very clean room with a comfortable bed. The shared fridge was also a great convenience for keeping snacks and drinks during our stay. Check-in was a little inconvenient, as there was no option to store luggage onsite before the listed check-in time. The hotel does have an associated locker system a couple of blocks away, but it comes with an additional fee. That said, communication with the property was excellent. Their WhatsApp line was very well monitored, and we received immediate responses by both text and phone whenever we needed assistance. Once checked in, access to the property was also very convenient, with a single unique code making it easy to come and go without having to worry about keys or cards. Overall, we had a comfortable stay and appreciated the clean, modern room and excellent communication from the property. The luggage situation was the only real inconvenience, but everything else was straightforward and well managed."
