"Great location for this hotel. Whoever manages this hotel should be fired. You have great workers here and many of them have not been trained. Let's start off with the front desk I think they are all rockstars. I think they did a great job I've been here for 2 weeks so I seen a lot. Then you have your wait staff that whole area horrible they just don't know what to do meaning a person shows up stop talking to each other and walk over to the person bring a menu welcome him say hello maybe a is this your first time something like that and then take care of the customer I got tired of every time I wanted a beer I have to go look for somebody three or four people help me at one time over the course of 2 hours that's ridiculous they're all too busy in the back talking the the dining room is empty so these guys have good intentions but they're clueless absolutely clueless on how to give good service and I only blame the manager for this not the workers because they are hard workers but when you have lousy managers that don't set expectations or train them properly it's not good. The rooms are okay every room has the old floors where water has damaged them and this place has done nothing about it too bad this could really be a five-star place instead it's a three-star at best"

"First on our arrival, we were welcomed by gentlemen at the door and directed me to convenient parking, then the concierge helped us check-in in a timely manner with a quick information about the hotel. The room was clean and ready with fruit plate and walnuts, almonds, cookies. Dinner and breakfast were amazing with a professional service. We would like to visit this hotel again."

"The staff here are absolutely phenomenal and made our stay truly unforgettable. Mohamed and Sokaina at the front desk set the perfect tone from the moment we arrived, and every other team member—from housekeeping and concierge to security—went out of their way to guarantee our comfort and happiness. They are top-tier professionals, exceptionally skilled, and genuinely caring. Hands down, this is the best service I have ever received at a hotel, anywhere on the planet. Le personnel ici est absolument phénoménal et a rendu notre séjour vraiment inoubliable. Mohamed et Sokaiyna, à la réception, ont donné le ton parfait dès notre arrivée, et tous les autres membres de l'équipe – du service d'entretien et du concierge à la sécurité – se sont surpassés pour garantir notre confort et notre bonheur. Ce sont des professionnels d'exception, extrêmement compétents et d'une gentillesse sincère. Sans hésitation, c'est le meilleur service que j'aie jamais reçu dans un hôtel, où que ce soit dans le monde."

"I want to start off by giving a big big shout out to Soukayna. She made my check in seem seamless she She handled all the details like a true professional. I would look forward to saying hello to her in the morning she was that pleasant. As for the hotel it's okay the rooms don't have safes The free breakfast in my opinion was dismal no fruits no omelets could have been a whole lot better. As far as the location is concerned you're in the middle of nowhere but you are close to everything. Meaning you can't walk outside the hotel and go anywhere unless you have a car. I tried to get an in-driver once after 40 minutes someone finally accepted the ride and then called me up and told me he wanted double not the hotel's fault just the location. Lastly you cannot get anything delivered to this hotel. So your options are eating at the hotel's restaurant lunch and dinner had decent Buffet along with a menu. That's for the price I thought the price was fair if you compare it to the rest of 10 years at this time of year"
