"This resort was really great and exceeded our expectations. The layout of the whole place was very beautiful and relaxing. We were extremely happy that we were able to see orange utan right in front of our rooms in the resort on the rambutan tree. Overall it was a great place & staff and food really good"

"Cleanliness, spacious room"

"Friendly staff"

"This is a great hotel for the price. Near market and restaurants. Very friendly staff. Definitely recommend "

"Good bang for your buck if you just need a quick night stay! Clean and easy check in process with nice helpful staff. "

"The London Hotel is pleasant with friendly staff, close to the centre of the town and its amenities. The shower was excellent and bed comfortable. The rooms were quiet so a good nigt's sleep is assured. It has no lift so if you have mobility problems be aware there are stairs to climb to the rooms."

"Overall okay. Only thing is the master bedroom aircon which takes awhile to fix. Owner very responsive and provided welcome drinks when arrived. The area is good and quite close to shops. Good to have a car though."

"You get what you pay for. This was a budget hotel for us backpacking around Malaysia. It had what we needed. The air con remote didn’t work but the kind start replaced it for us. We got a room clean aswell after the first night. The staff are lovely. Only downside was cockroaches coming up the toilet drain but not sure how this could be prevented maybe a stopper at the top of the drain? We got rid of them with room bug spray."

"Just needed an inexpensive Room for one night. This hotel fit the bill but it is an older property in a tropical place. When I turned the ab on (which I was tja kick for) a rather large Cockroach came flying out of the vent. I take these things in stride but others may not."

"Check in is at a hotel 15mins away and strictly followed the 3pm check in time. There is a shop about a 10min walk away but the actual apartment was not overly clean and the showers not getting hot. No coffee mugs or kettle provided. Unfortunately we booked this place because of the swimming pool that was closed for maintenance but not communicated beforehand."

"Great staff Great rooms Breakfast was average "

"Great location, friendly helpful staff and good value."

"If you don't mind of sharing toilet, the property is clean and acceptable standard"

"I booked for my father. He said that the room soooooo narrow and smells bad. He doesn’t have a pleasant stay for the night and he don’t want to stay anymore at this hotel. He also mentioned, he told the reception that he will leaving early, and the receptionist overslept and took few minutes to woke them up. Terrible. "
