Good place to stay

We used this hotel as a stop over whilst flying in and then out of the airport the next day. 10 minutes from the airport. Clean, comfy beds and a nice shower. Couldn’t of asked for more. No breakfast but we didn’t need it as we were catching an early flight out

Super cool resort on stilts with pleasant cabins designed to blend into the natural environment... with a/c, mosquito nets, and hot water shower. The resort picks you up in Sandakan and brings you back... I recommend the 3D/2N package which includes meals.

Perfectly located at the head of Gaya Street. The staff are wonderful and courteous. Winnie was particularly kind to me, and I had a very enjoyable experience. The beds were the most comfortable I've slept on for a long time. I wish the view from the windows was a bit nicer, but that's the only bad thing I've got to say.

무엇보다 합리적인 가격에 머무를 수 있어서 좋았구요, 코타의 시내 중심에 위치하고 있어서 정말 최고였어요. 환전이 가능한 위즈마 메르데카, 수리아사바, 제셀톤 포인트, kk프라자, 마켓들을 모두 도보로 갈 수 있는 범위안에 위치한 호텔이었으니까요. 보통 한국에서 밤늦게 도착하는 비행기를 타고 가시는 분들이 리조트를 옮기기 전 하룻밤 묵기에 정말 최고의 선택인 것 같아요. 위치에서 다른 부족한 부분을 메워줍니다.

ホテルの立地は特に問題なく、お部屋も比較的清潔で快適だったが、島で唯一のムスリムのホテルとう事もあり、畑違いな気がしたのが残念。

Happy I stayed here. Stayed here last year, too and liked the clean room, clean and comfortable bed, nice warm showers. 3 bottles of water everyday. Can make tea or coffee in room with electric kettle. Great on the budget. Don’t expect amenities. Lots of places to eat walking distance and Gaya street is few blocks away.

The room is nice and clean . Breakfast is vegetarian food and it's delicious . The hotel staffs are so so nice and friendly and very helpful ...The hotel is very closed to the international Airport ..

I had a wonderful stay at Promenade Hotel KK and would like to especially commend their outstanding service. When my rental car broke down during my trip, the staff went above and beyond to assist me with the tapping out issue—something that could have been a real hassle without their help. No parking available so we parked at the mall adjacent to the hotel. Our flights are at 9am so we checked out at 5.30am but door to mall car park is locked by mall staff. Walked up car ramps to car park from outside but could not leave as payment must be made inside the mall which open at 10am. There are also no security personnel at mall to help us. Fortunately a kind hotel was was able to call mall parking attendant to come over in motorbike so we can pay and leave the car park. Fortunately we...
