"Overall the property was clean and the staff was friendly. We didn’t like that the shuttle only ran once an hour where as other hotel shuttles came by 3,4 or more times in the time we were waiting at the airport."

We asked for adjoining rooms but we did not receive assigned rooms on either try. staff had no idea which rooms adjoined, so we gave up. Mattresses were terrible with springs poking and noisy. Air conditioning was extremely noisy. Cannot recommend even though staff was nice."

"Room is fair. Property is you get what you pay for. The staff is wonderful. The exterior can't be mentioned as there is a lot of construction in the area. If you're traveling alone for work and need a bed then this does fine. It could use an overhaul. "

"We stayed here for a trip to the Everglades, and it was a great central home base to see the park. The hotel was as you would expect. It was clean and the staff were helpful and respectful. Lots of options for breakfast."
