Super nice and spacious hotel. Rooms were clean, I particularly loved the mostly no-carpet rooms. Breakfast was great, pool area was nice. About 11 minutes from the Capital and Lady Bird Lake, with plenty of places to eat around. Parking lot was just a few steps away from hotel, fee was reasonable for the area. Overall great hotel, I will definitely recommend and will stay here again.

I like this hotel run by the owner’s family members. Latest: JOSE, one their employees, Jose found my wallet which I left by the outdoors fireplace and promptly delivered it back to me. A good man.

No water bottles inside the room. They can provide that for free.

Right on the river walk within walking distance to Rainey Street restaurants, boat rentals, etc. The breakfast is great too. I’ve stayed here many times - highly recommend .

This place is such a great value. It is very affordable in price. The room was huge and it includes a nice sized patio. The shower was an over-sized, walk-in shower. The front desk clerk was friendly, informative and helpful. The area is beautiful. You can see Lake Travis from the villas.

Walkable to the river broadwallk, 6th street and Congress bridge. Friendly staff and clean rooms. Excellent breakfast!! Only negatives are that we were awoken 2 nights by weird intermittent clanging noises but not present on 3rd night. The onsite parking was expensive, $62/night tax. Wish they would have coffee and tea in the lobby during the day and evening.

Great hotel, clean, friendly staff and close to a variety of eating places

One of the best experiences I have ever had in a hotel. The only drawback is that the parking cost $38 a night for registered guests which makes no sense to me.

The staff is lovely, helpful, patient, kind, and maybe overworked. They do a phenomenal job and I hope the franchise owner can invest in the property to fix some of the issues (leaky roof).

Element Hotel is conveniently located in downtown Austin, only few blocks from the State Capitol. There are many nice restaurants next to the hotel. Valet parking is expensive. There is a multi-storey garage directly across the hotel. Ask for upper floor which is quite and with a nice view of downtown Austin. Element Hotel rotates the breakfast menu daily.
